Tia Pol

If you ever find yourself in NYC and are craving Tapas try; Tia Pol on the west side. 

Cockles in white wine and garlic broth.

Fried pig ears, as delicious as it is gross sounding. Let's face it I've had worse things in my mouth.
Basque style fried custard with drunken cherries, the cherries were my favorite part.  Something about them being drowned in red wine made them extra delicious.
